Changzhou Guanjin Chemical Co., Ltd., formerly Wujin Sheng’an Chemical Plant founded in 1982, is located in Jiaoxi Town, Changzhou of Jiangsu province. Close to Shanghai-Nanjing Railway, Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and the National Highway 312, the company enjoys superior location.
